You'd Like to Think You're Invincible....Oh Weren't We All Once....

Hello World....I had started a post last night but got interuppted and so didn't get to finish it. Ah oh well. There's no rush tonight anyways, I'm free of Chem homework for a WEEK yes! Spring Break is next week....aka a much needed mental break from any homework what so ever.

So yesterday, we did a TV swap in my house...well TV's changing rooms and such, so I'm up from a 13" to a 22" now...excellentness. So now I have this cool little Technology nook thing going on in my room. I like cleaned the whole TV area off so it's looking all nice, shiny, and new....I adjusted the position of my stereo and such. Oh and I got the atenna for my radio rigged up so it gets 91.1 now, finally a decent radio station to listen to when I'm not in the car. Minimal commercials and no annoying DJs...could it get any better? Actually it could if they played x102.3's old lineup...that was freakin' amazing near the end. Ben Folds....Death Cab....ect. Anyways during the whole TV swap my arm got like pinned up against my wall for a split second....turns out it was long enought to put a nice bruise on it...Sarah = Accident Prone.

So it's official, I'm taking the SAT on May 7th at Northside...there's talks of Pizza King afterwards....I haven't had Pizza King in forever...good stuff. So next week I'll probably go to the library to pick up some SAT study stuff...besides the stuff that came with the registration junk.

I feel disconnected with a lot of people I used to talk to...it's not like I've been going out of my way not to talk to these people, it's just that I don't know it never happens. You get to thinking....what are we going to talk about? School? Who wants to talk about school when your not at school? I don't know it just seems like you go through cycles of friends....you're friends with people and then it just suddenly ends either when you get new classes or change schools or whatever the case may be. Whatever is, you think wow I really miss hangingout/talking to that person. But yet it's always in the back of your mind, you have so many other things going on that you just keep putting it off.

Again, I guess that's life....people coming in and out through what seem like revolving doors. You blink....and before you know it...they're gone. When will I have more than just a couple of friends who stick? Of course, I'm a senior next year. Graduating....and more colleges are getting tossed around than just IPFW. Possibly out of States ones...more specifically in Missouri. I would love to go to that school, they have amazing programs even though it is an all girls school. So we'll see what happens, distance definately puts strain on any relationships....so maybe I just should just go along for the ride...and just take the people I have in my doors and appreciate them before they go out of those revolving doors.

Well, I have to go think about my perfect date...not a person...but an activity haha. "Creepy Crowley" and his stupid papers...grr. Oh and I feel a Dashboard kick coming on...it's April and yeah memories.

So I was just looking up concerts/shows that are coming around here....Ben Folds is playing Verizion Wireless...in support of John Mayer....so guess what? Tickets in the Pavillion $53 , and that's not even with service charges orrr parking ect. Sorry....a little pricey for me...especially since I'd mainly be going to see Ben Folds. Ah well I'm still going to try and talk the parents into letting me go to Warped on August 7th down in Indy...we'll see.

Erin wants me to go to Ozzfest with her since tickets are basically free this year...but I'm not going to to down there and sweat my ass off for some bands I don't even want to see...so we'll see what the line up is before I make any decisions. Plus this year it might fall so that we'll possibly be in school depending on how early we start next year/ when Ozzfest stops in Indy ect.

So..I don't know if IPFW is doing a Spring Break show this year :( I don't think they are...ah oh well. Atleast I went to last years which was freakin' amazing.

So yeah...I have to go to Math homework....uck.

Today I sent a Resume in for a summer position at my mommerz work. If I get that, it'll be better hours than the library and more an hour. So that's pretty nifty. I may be saying hello to my very own car sooner than later. Hmm... Plus working there wouldn't interfere with any weddings I may have to tape...oh yeah. So I have two possibilites going for this summer that both pay better than fast food...yes! Aps/Resume are in for both so yeah, I'll probably still start applying elsewhere too...just incase.

I'm still on the search for a good pair of summer shoes since I'm not a big flip flops fan. My Adios are just kinda blah from all the snow they've been through. I thought about just getting another pair of lowtop chucks and stinkin' em' up haha..but Eh..still undecided. I looked at the chucks at Mejier the other day and there prices are the same as the mall's now on chucks. I bought my first pair there for $25...gah...and now they're $40! Gah! So I think I need to go hunting at the mall, I haven't been there since January....not because it's far away or anything, mostly because I'm lazy and the mall doesn't entertain me like some people who go there weekly/daily...(aka my grandparents haha)

Of course, if I get a job at the library or my mommerz work, then I'll need some dressier shoes....since there's no way in hell I'm going to wear my "kiss boots" with like 6 inch heels on them to shelve books, file papers, ect...just NO. haha.

End of the grading period is tommorrow...FINALLY. I'll have for sure passed the first half of Chemistry...phew and maintain a B in the class too. Yes. Chase is happy....we get to change seats in English...haha. Long story. Oooh in 3rd period this coming semester we're going to make movies....freakin' awesome right? Getting a little bit of the video production ya know? So I've been brainstorming some movie ideas...so far I haven't come up with much though. I could shoot my own episode of cribs...haha that'd be funny. But lame I know.

Ah well I'm out of things to say....

This is the story of a girl....

So this is my 100th entry on this blog. Whoo! Go me. Although I have a bout 300 some on my greatestjournal of course I've had that over the course of 3 years now.

Anywas to commenmerate(spelling?) the 100th entry I have well part of a poem I started today in English class because I was bored and in somewhat inspired to write poetry today since that's the only thing we've been talking about in that class for the last few weeks. So here it goes, it's untitled as of now.

We met....
When were both so young and naive to the world.
We joked
We played
We laughed....
Created so many memories.
You crushed but never told
Too bad you didn't....
I crushed back.
Do you ever wonder what if?
Would there still be a closer us?
I guess now we'll never know.

And that was that....I may add on more..who knows...ohh while I'm posting poems I'll post my "Love" poem that I had to write for English since she handed them back today. Here it goes...oh and it too is untitled.

Love is close, yet it's so far away
It's something that never goes your way

But they just see you as some kind of toy

L-O-V-E.

So we had to write love poems last week in English class, and well today they came back to haunt us. Apparently as other people read mind they sensed I feel bitter about love. I guess I wouldn't say that they're wrong. I've been nothing but screwed over in relationships.

So to contrast our love poems that we wrote last week, we had to write love poems expressing the opposite of love. Well....I didn't even know where to begin writing a positive love poem and frankly I didn't want to. So I hope that our student teacher doesn't listen to NFG...I kinda stole their lyrics to I Don't Wanna Know and just wrote them down haha. So yeah...oh well. I guess until someone changes my mind about the subject of Love, than I have no use for it right now.

I hate how people say they love each other like it's nothing. They just throw around the word like it means nothing. I hardly ever say it, ok...so I used a whole lot in this blog entry but you know what I mean. The word itself has meaning to people so in my opinion it shouldn't be taken lightly. But yet I guess that brings up the question of what exactly love is. I guess love is different for everyone. But you and I both know the word is thrown around and with no meaning put behind it. I don't know the whole topic just kind of bugs me. Maybe I'm just a jealous, bitter, single girl...who needs a date haha. Ah oh well, everyone is entitled to their own opinions.

I thought I was in love once. It was one-sided though. I look back it all now and realize it was probably most likely infatuation and nothing more than that. Live and learn ya know? So I don't think love for me has really been defined yet...I know what it's not....but yet I don't know what it is.

So what's love to you?

It's supposed to be 62 degrees tommorrow!!! And even warmer on Tuesday! Yayy!

I also bought the most amazing toothpaste ever yesterday....haha. I'm lame.

Oh and I also wen to the BMV yesterday to take my written test and well they said I didn't have to take it because I'm almost 17 yesss! So I only have to take the driving part...yayyyy! Oh and it's the last week of the grading period so that means I'm half way done with Chemistry!!! yes! Thank God....I have to pass with atleast a C-, which shouldn't be a problem for this term...I have a B right now. I just gotta keep on top of it next semester(why we call them semesters is beyond me....most people call em' quarters but whatever right?)

Oh and I'm pretty sure we'll be done with Excel this week too....grr I hate that program with a passion.

Sorry for random hyper outbursts...but yeah. That's me. : )

Like this guy above this... I got to hangout with the Chick Fil-A Cow today at lunch...I wish I would've had a camera with me though grr...but yeah today was pretty awesome. Including Taco Hell after school and then blasting "You Gotta Fight For Your Right to Party" by The Beastie Boys with the windows all the way down, cruising through the neighborhood. Yay for almost being 60 degrees out today!!!

So I've had a pretty crappy day to say the least. It seems like I just can't win today ugh. I feel blah, I just want to take a shower and go to bed. But I have Chem homework of course that I haven't started yet. Oh and Math Homework UGH.

Excel is a pain in the ass. Nuff' Said.

So I started writing this letter to someone in English and it turned into a rant..and yeah, maybe it deserves post-age on here. We'll see.

Tommorrow I take the test downtown for the Dewey Decimal System...so exciting right? Yesterday I practiced Parallell parking...I think I'm better at doing it than actually spelling it haha. Written on Saturday and then my Brother wants me to go with him to CLHS (old stomping grounds....well for a year anyways...ughness) to see his artwork at the thingy or whatever. Gah...Gah...that was part of my rant in my letter haha. By the way the people on their myspace message boards are close-minded ass holes who need to open up their eyes and have an open mind about things. And to avoid getting into that rant now so I'll actually go start my homework I'm going to end this little doo-dah here. Hasta Luego kidzzz.

I'm Waiting For Blood to Flow to My Fingers

So, this weekend has been interesting. In a good way though. Yesterday I continued my quest for shoes...but still came up empty handed. While we were out the Tar-jay area though walking around in the freezing cold weather, we saw Ryan, the kid from my English class...that was kind of ackward. But yet cool at the same time. Then we went to Mejier for the 2nd time this weekend, we went Friday night and saw Erin, and Tom. Then I saw Matt, Tom and Erin all again Saturday afternoon when were there.

So we get home and I'm watching some movie on HBO about roller discos or something haha. Erin calls me and we decided to go see Ghost Riders. By the time we got out of the adition it was snowing like crazy. We go to turn on the highway to get to Carmike and this car slides right infront of us. Gah. We saw about 3 accidents on the way there and made it just in time to the theatre, even though we were only going about 30 the whole way there if even that.

The movie was excellent. Then came the daunting task of driving back home. Luckily it'd stop snowing so we could actually see infront of us. But we limped it all the way back home so it took about 40-45 minutes but hey atleast we're alive and made it back accident free.

Gah I'm going to be busy this week. I have Chem as usual but, possibly on Tuesday I'm going to take my written exam for my drivers liscense, if not Tuesday than for sure on Saturday. Wednesday I have to go downtown to the main library to take a test on the Dewey Decimal System. For a possible Job at the Georgetown Branch. YAY! right? Sarah can always use the cashola..gotta start a car fund somewhere ya know? Anybody know of any good clunkers I could buy for cheap? Luckily Crowley made our next essays for English due the 16th so I don't have to worry about getting that done this week. I'll be glad when this term is over. I'm soooo ready for Summer Vacation. Mostly because I hate Chem, I could deal with the other classes but Chem stresses me out. Gah. I think a lot of the pressure will just go away when I get the stupid SAT out of the way. I've decided I'm going to take it the May 5th. So I won't have to worry about taking a stupid test the week we get out of school ya know?

I've been listening to a lot of full albums lately instead of putting things on shuffle. It's helped me reconnect with some bands, like Jimmy Eat World, The Big Screen...ect.

Ok well I'm tired and I just want to relax for a while so later kidzz...oh and still demand Ben Folds to come to the Fort! See previous entry!
