Day 19 – A song from your favorite album

First off I don't know if I'll ever be able to declare a favorite album. But this one is definitely in the top. So check it out. Totally different from Your Favorite Weapon but in a good way. I remember buying this album back in the day at Mejier you know when I bought cds and played the shit out of them. Anyways enjoy.

Day 18 – A song that you wish you heard on the radio

Everyone could use a little folds in their life. Maybe this is just because I grew up listening to my parents play Elton John and Billy Joel haha.

Music lesson numero uno: when exiting your vehicle for work make sure your ipod is on pause so that when you come out to plug it again to go home it's not dead. It was stashed away and secure just well playing the 9 hours I was at work haha.

By the way lately I've been feeling out of touch with music and I don't like this feeling that paired with some intense feelings of homesickness have not made for good feelings lately. So give me some music or something get me back in touch. Working at a library sucks all good sounds out of my life :-(. All I get is screaming children :-/.

Day 17 – A song that you hear often on the radio

First off I don't listen to a lot of radio. Except when I'm in the car with my parents or at school in the bathroom. Otherwise I don't usually have the radio on. It's either Itunes, my ipod, internet streaming radio, or cds. So if this song isn't relevant still on the radio then oh well haha beats me I just knew it was played a lot when I was taking showers or brushing my teeth at school.

Day 16 – A song that you used to love but now hate

First off hate is such a strong word so I'm going to say I dislike this song now. Probably because I'm come to realize that Simple Plan was just another band that popped up during the Pop Punk Era and they died. Their lyrics to me now are very generic and full of teenage angst...and yeah I was angsty if you don't believe me go back and read. Sure I have my angsty moments now but I'm not nearly as bad as I used to be.

Day 15 – A song that describes you

Haha I don't know. I'm not 21 yet but I'm approaching so...I don't know this popped in my head when I went to answer the Day 15 thing so I just went with it. Plus it's an acoustic version and Andrew makes a wierd face when he sings the Whoas, so yeah just listen and enjoy.

Plus I'm amped up because I'm possibly getting a car tomorrow. Oh yes...Sarah may be mobile.

Day 14 – A song that no one would expect you to love

Mostly because of the Imogen Heap part...I remember when I first heard that song...you know back in the good ole' days when the OC was on Fox and I was doing spelling homework oh yeah haha. By the way had to post this version of the video because it's BSU made and Pods is in it. So that just ups the awesomeness of this song a little bit. Yep.

Day 13 – A song that is a guilty pleasure

Ok for the record, I had never seen this video before just a few minutes ago and I think it sucks. But it's a catchy as hell song so again hate on me all you want, but it's not like you'll see me at a Kesha show anytime soon. Obviously she's just a good looking girl and her producers know how to work that auto tune but hey it sells and yes it's catchy. Hence being a guilty pleasure.

Day 12 – A song from a band you hate

I'll probably catch crap for this but I never got into the boy band thing and I was tempted to skip this day but didn't want to cheat dammit. So if you want to just skip this entry and wait for day 13, no promises on when that'll be but I'm hoping tomorrow we shall see.

Day 10 – A song that makes you fall asleep

This is not meant to be taken as oh Death Cab bores me so much they put me to sleep. It should be taken as I find it soothing and it relaxes me and helps me sleep. I remember late late nights listening to Death Cab just to get my mind off of things. Plus lyrically Death Cab IMO = very solid.

Day 07 – A song that reminds you of a certain event

When I first heard this song I didn't take the literal meaning of it. Boy & Girl love drama. When this song first came out it was the Summer of 06' and I remember I had just put it on my mp3 player before that night....and I just remember being so tired and having the worst stomach at my Grandpa's the next day and just laying on the floor upstairs and listening to this song. It's not my fault...but yet it still has a deep scar in me and it's painful to remember. Luckily Coming Home came out a couple of months later and for some reason it was the perfect NFG album for me at that time. So NFG, I thank you.

Day 06 – A song that reminds of you of somewhere

I know this may seem like a random song to pick but it always reminds me of being outside for hours raking leaves, because I played this album so much my 8th grade year and i just remember listening to Boxcar Racer and being lost in my thoughts while raking leaves.
